This does not appear on the menu but appears on the landing pages for the three main catalog sections: Departments, Products, and Brand.
Want to do an SEO review of your CommerceCM product catalog, without clicking into every product, department and brand?…. No problem!
All SEO data can be downloaded in three handy .txt text files. Want to make changes?… Still not a problem. You can edit these files using your preferred spreadsheet editor and upload them back into your CommerceCM manager; any changes will automatically populate the appropriate fields your store.

This function appears at the bottom of the Products , Departments, and Brand landing pages as shown below from the Product landing page.
Data will download in a tab-delimited .txt file that can be opened in most spreadsheet programs.
The following is a full listing of the SEO data that will be downloaded in each category:
Please note that if there are multiple instances of a product or brand, not all data will be copied into the spreadsheet. Duplicate fields will be given the label null and only those fields with novel data will be populated. Editing the non-null field will populate all relative fields.
Once you have downloaded SEO files, you can edit any SEO data that you wish inside your spreadsheet application (Excel or Numbers etc.). Once you are happy with all of your SEO data, save the file as a tab-delimited .txt text file in a location you will be able to retrieve it.
Then return to the appropriate section of your CommerceCM catalog (department, product or brand), scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the ‘Browse’ button under the title, ‘Upload SEO data.’ Find the edited .txt file in the file manager, and upload it. All changes will automatically populate the appropriate fields in your CommerceCM store and Google will now like you much better.
1. The SEO Data file when downloaded will be a .txt (tab-delimited) text file. The structure of the file, the headings and columns found within the file itself, must remain intact. Do not modify or remove any columns or their headings when editing this file. The data fields below these headings within their respective columns are the focus.
2. When you are ready to upload your product, brand or department SEO file, save the file as a tab-delimited .txt text file. Saving and attempting to upload the revised file using any other file format, like .cvs, or .xls, will result in an error during the upload of the file itself.
