Tracking Number Mass Update

This utility lets you easily update the status of your orders, associate tracking numbers from your shippers, and trigger status update emails from the Message Centre.

To access the update function, click the link on the Orders landing page

This will load a simple page with instructions and a sample CSV file you can download.

The file is a four column CSV and a sample can be found in the CommerceCM manager.

When the Status is updated, CommerceCM will send your shoppers notification emails if they have been configured in the Message Centre.

Only the first two columns require content, but all four columns must be in the file.

• Order ID:  Alphanumeric. This is the Order ID from CommerceCM
• Tracking Number:  Alphanumeric from the shipper
• Order Status:  Alphanumeric or blank
  • If you leave the 'Order Status' column blank, the Order Status will be changed to 'Complete'.
  • Merchants can also configure other Status values within CommerceCM such as “Partial Shipment”. The values in this column must match those named values.
• Replace Tracking Number: (Y, Yes) Y, Yes, or blank.
  • If you leave this column blank then the tracking number will be added to a comma separated list with any existing tracking numbers associated with this order ID.
